Our Story
The story of the Success Academy Online is one of passion and pursuit of our Founder Rokon Alam. He has a passion for helping individual to transform their life to the next level thorough inspiration, education and experience. While continuing a successful career in a senior management role in the top multinational companies (most of them are Fortune 500 like Shell, Motorola, Unilever, etc.), Rokon has decided to focus on empowering and inspiring business owners and individuals to become more successful though working on their passion with breakthrough results.
Rokon is a Certified Trainer of Jack Canfield Success Principles. These principles and 20 years of corporate experience allow him to help individuals overcome challenges, get clarity, discover their passions accelerate to transform.
Since launching The Success Academy Online in 2017, Rokon has been helping people and organizations achieve sustainable success. As a mentor, Rokon empowers people from all walks of life to discover and pursue their passions and goals through coaching, inspiration, and accountability.

Our Founder
Rokon has more than twenty years of successful career in a senior management role in the top multinational companies (most of them are Fortune 500 like Shell, Motorola, Unilever, etc.). He was also an instrumental CFO of Bangladesh’s two largest conglomerate namely United Hospital and EnergyPac Engineering.
Rokon received his MBA (finance) from the institute of business administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. He qualified as a CPA (Canada) from the chartered professional accountant of Canada. He also qualified to become a member of ACCA (Association of a chartered certified accountant) from the UK and has become FCCA. He received his Master's in Finance from the University of Dhaka securing first class.
Rokon is passionate about Teaching. He is now a part-time faculty in the school of Business at United International University, BRAC University, and the Independent University of Bangladesh. He used to be a part-time faculty member in Centennial College, Toronto, Canada, Royal Roads University’s Bangladesh campus (progressive meritocracy limited), and the University of Asia Pacific, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He mainly taught in the area of Accounting, Finance, Strategic Management, and Professional Development courses.
Rokon believes that learning is a life-long journey. He enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his family.
